Our Goal
Our goal is to provide Physicians, Dentists, Workers’ Compensation Clinics, Urgent Care Clinics, Oncology Groups, Surgery Centers, Imaging Centers, Home Health Care, and Hospitals with simple and efficient means for ordering and dispensing prepackaged pharmaceuticals, injectables, and contrast solutions. We maintain relationships with some of the largest drug manufacturers and distributors in the nation. Due to our large volume purchasing, our wholesale pricing is always competitive.
Physician Partner is a state-of-the-art Pharmaceutical Repackager located in beautiful Thousand Oaks, California. Physician Partner’s Management Team has over 30 years of experience in creating, producing and distributing pharmaceuticals, point-of-care medication and technological dispensing programs for virtually every type of medical professional, community clinic, managed care organization, hospital organization and/or pharmacy.
We provide the highest quality, FDA approved medications in “unit of use” quantities as requested by the physician. Each medication has a metal foil induction seal to assure the highest level of product integrity. As well, we have “Insta-peel” segments and have bar codes for dispensing ease, efficiency and accuracy. In addition to our labels and bar coded, we utilize cutting edge web based dispensing software that has integrated drug interaction warnings.
Physician Partner’s repackaging facility has multiple production rooms with the ability to produce all legend drugs and controlled substances: Schedules 2, 3, 3N, 4 and 5, as well as OTCs, vitamins and nutraceutical products. Physician Partner can accommodate production runs as small as 100 units up to well over 1 million and more.
Physician Partner’s parent company (Rebel Distributors Corp. and its subsidiaries) is HIPAA compliant and is registered by the FDA, DEA, the California Health and Human Services Department-Food & Drug Branch as well as over 30 different State Boards of Pharmacy. Physician Partner maintains one of the most stringent and respected regulatory control programs in the industry.

Rebel Distributors Corp., Our parent company
Rebel Distributors Corp. is a National Pharmaceutical Distributor licensed and located in Southern California, USA. Founded in 1984, Rebel Distributors Corp. is licensed to distribute pharmaceuticals in over 30 States as well as licensed by the DEA to handle pharmaceuticals that are Schedule 2, 3, 3N, 4 and 5. We are not a full-line wholesaler, rather more of a specialty or promotional wholesale distributor. Through our aggressive approach to purchasing, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service on the items they need, at the best possible prices. Our goal is to always remain consistent with excellent service and pricing, while continuing to explore new opportunities for our customers.
Our customer base consists of many different classes of trade within the Pharmaceutical Industry with the majority of our customers falling within the following categories: Retail Pharmacies, Institutional Pharmacies, Urgent Care Clinics, Physicians, Home Healthcare, Retail Drug Chains, Surgery Centers, Dentists, Oncology Groups, Workers’ Compensation Clinics, and other licensed wholesalers.

Chris Baurer, Director of Operations
Mr. Baurer has been active in the pharmaceutical distribution industry since 1989. As Director of Operations and Regulatory Compliance for PDI Enterprises, Inc. he helped develop and grow the company exponentially each year from a small, startup operation into a leading corporation in the wholesale pharmaceutical arena. As a logistics and distribution specialist, Mr. Baurer has designed and implemented facilities and information technologies to meet the ever-changing needs and requirements of the drug industry. He has also developed lot tracking and pedigree accounting technologies in advance of global requirements to achieve what has now become industry standard. Beginning in 2007, Mr. Baurer brought his 18 years of operational, logistic, and regulatory experience to Rebel Distributors Corp./Physician Partner to further expand their reach into this specialized market. Mr. Baurer is licensed as a Designated Representative, Wholesale Drug Distributor by the California Board of Pharmacy and holds a nationally recognized Certified Pharmacy Technician certification.
When not at work Chris enjoys spending his time camping, motorcycling and playing guitar with his band. His band regularly donates time to charitable organizations such as Susan B. Komen for the Cure, Hunger Defense Fund and Help the Children.
Dean Patterson, Quality Control Manager
Mr. Patterson enlisted in the United States Navy in 1977 and worked as a Machinist Mate Supervisor in the engine room aboard a Naval Test Missile Ship. After being Honorably Discharged from the Navy in 1981, Mr. Patterson went to work for A&S Mold and Die Corporation in Chatsworth, Ca. As the Production Foreman he was in charge of all mold scheduling and warehousing of inventory. During his tenure he helped to grow the company from a small, single facility into the multi-building campus that still exists today.
In 1997, Mr. Patterson accepted a position at Rebel Distributors Corp. as the Warehouse Manager. After 10 years of successfully managing the Picking, Packing and Shipping operations he was offered a position as Quality Control Manager. As head of the QC Unit he assures that all repackaged products meet or exceed the requirements of State, Federal and company standards. Mr. Patterson is licensed as a California State Designated Representative for Wholesale Drug Distributors and a Nationally-recognized Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification. (CPhT)
While not at work Mr. Patterson enjoys actively being a member at his church. He is commercially licensed which allows him to drive the church bus assisting children and seniors to attend. On occasion he is also asked to teach in the absence of the Pastor. He enjoys playing volley ball, hiking, along with spending time with his two sons. He supports and donates toward the Diabetics Organization, Toys for Tots and Smile Train.
